Returns & Refund Policy


Preconditions:

1. Unfulfilled orders can be refunded at any time.

2. After-sale warranty is 30 days since receiving the parcel according to the tracking info.

3. The product has to be Original New.

4. Second return is not accepted.

5. Shipping fee of returning will be paid by customers because the shoes don't fit, don't like it and other subjective reasons.

6.Shipping fee of returning will be paid by us because the product has a problem and wrong shipment.

Steps:

1. Prepare

Order Number
Photos including the external packing


2. Contact cs@missnia.com with information mentioned to request a refund or exchange.

3. Your request will be handled within 3 working days after we receiving the return items.

Notes:

1. Please keep the original package and all information well as an evidence for us to confirm your items.

2. Items should be unused, undamaged and in original package.

3. Return without contacting our service is not accepted.

4. We will provide return address after checking pictures. Please don't return to the address on the package.

5. We offer full refund on any product that is clearly faulty or damaged due to our fault.

Be sure to contact us (cs@missnia.com) in advance, we will not accept any return without advance notification.
